How did LoyaltyLion start?
LoyaltyLion was established by Charlie Casey (CEO) and Dave Clark (CTO) in 2012 with the mission of helping merchants succeed in the age of Amazon. Our first client was brought onboard in 2014, and today we work with over 5,000 fast-growth eCommerce merchants worldwide. Charlie and Dave were excited by the eCommerce platforms like Magento that have enabled so many entrepreneurs to launch their own eCommerce stores and wanted to help those stores succeed, ensuring they didn’t become generic and impersonal as the traditional brick and mortar store has become.
