As much as we think we’re great, you can’t be great without a savvy client. It’s their baby after all (pun intended). You get to talk about strategy and numbers and measure that success with all sorts of metrics and in this case, money. You have to make your clients money, which we do well. In the past year making money via digital channels has been even more important because it’s not just about profits, it’s about people’s jobs and how they put food on the table.
Thankfully, we have a savvy client – Silver Cross, a British nursery brand and manufacturer of baby transport and other baby-related products. We provide marketing services for them across the world and it’s fair to say that we get on well. Over the past year as the high street shut down, we managed to increase their digital revenue… massively!
There’s a satisfaction in knowing that you have done a job well, but it’s even nicer when your work is peer-reviewed and found to be excellent.
On the 17th June 2021, alongside Silver Cross, we won the Direct Commerce Award for “Best Luxury Brand”. We employed a multi-channel strategy to engage with the right customers at the right time with the right message. It’s clearly worked very well for them in this super competitive space.
